I work with customers.
I build products.
I experiment with AI.
I work in Customer Success at an HR tech company, and I build software for the problems I see along the way.

About me
I'm a Customer Success professional with a background in HR and business operations. Over the years, I've worked across HR operations, high-volume hiring and enterprise HR technology.
Today, I bring that experience into building software. Using AI-assisted development tools, I build products that address practical business problems in Customer Success, HR intelligence and engineering documentation.
I write about what I learn, build what I believe can work, and share the journey along the way.
- Swiggy, 2018–20
Hiring at hypergrowth speed. Pre-boarding and verification were the slow part, so I cut those cycle times.
- Delhivery, 2020–22
Payroll and frontline people ops. The same bottlenecks kept coming back, and I started writing them down.
- Darwinbox, 2022–now
Customer signals sit in emails, meeting notes and tickets. I built CSM Intelligence to pull them into one view.

How my builds fit together
Customer signals, HR records, org maps and engineering changelogs all feed one AI layer. Pick a node to open that project.

Things I’m experimenting with
Workforce Planning
A planning tool for headcount, skills and costs under different business scenarios.
Organization Design
Exploring how AI and a graph database (Neo4j) can simulate org restructuring and show communication gaps before changes are announced.
Financial Intelligence
A simple personal finance tracker for asset allocation, tax-saving opportunities and retirement readiness.
Thinking out loud

Why HR dashboards are becoming decision systems
Most enterprise HR dashboards are backward-looking graveyard charts. The next generation of people tech shifts from historical reporting to predictive decision systems.
Customer Success is becoming an intelligence function
Customer Success used to be about quarterly business reviews and renewal chasing. Today, the best CS professionals act as the primary intelligence sensor for the product organization.
Have something worth building?
I'm interested in practical problems at the intersection of Customer Success, HR technology and AI. If you're working on something interesting, let's talk.
- Customer Success: account health, adoption and retention.
- HR technology: adoption, process improvement and workforce analytics.
- Using AI to build products and design workflows.
